This is the second time we have trusted expand with our house and we would thoroughly recommend them. The quality of the work is great and despite changes, both our request and once they have begun opening things up, nothing has been to much of an ask and we are thrilled with the end result. Joe and Justin are pragmatic and helpful in offering solutions or ideas from their experiences elsewhere. The team have been polite, friendly and great to have around the kids with our neighbours commenting on that as well which is pretty unique.

Extension and kitchen renovation in redland.

Expand built my 2 storey rear extension and carried out internal remodelling of my kitchen and dining room. It took place over a 5 month period  from July 2018.

I was very happy with all of the basic requirements such as time keeping, politeness, cleanliness ,etc. I was on site quite a lot and I was able to discuss a lot of the build details on a daily basis. This is where Joe and Justin were able to add a lot of value as they were always available and willing to discuss these details, answer questions, and came up with a lot of very good ideas, which improved the final build quality immensely. Where they made decisions without discussion then they made good choices. The build progressed well according to the timetable. They set us up a temporary Kitchen and reduced the amount of disruption with careful phasing of the work. This made the experience far more bearable. In general I found them very easy to work with and very keen to produce a high quality result and finish, which is what they achieved. We are very happy with the end result, the cost, and the way the whole project went according to plan.

We embarked on our building project rather anxiously earlier this year but Expand proved to be the ideal team to have working in and on our house. 

They are can-do people, considerate about the need to co-exist with us in the house and always ready to be creative about decisions and problems during the build.

Loft and kitchen renovation in bishopston

Expand worked on our loft conversion and kitchen extension between January and June 2019. We found them to be thorough, professional, reliable and working to the highest standards. Communication was excellent throughout the job, with plenty of notice given to us for key decisions, and we met regularly to discuss issues face to face on site. They were very helpful in liaising with building control, surveyors and architects, and in suggesting and implementing solutions to the inevitable problems as they arose on site.

The whole team were polite, respectful and trustworthy - we left them with our keys during the time they were working with us and had no problems. They also tidied up as they went.

The professional tradesmen they contracted with or recommended to us were also all excellent and highly conscientious, and we have continued to use them since.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Expand.
